Please read through the following conditions to ensure we can promptly review your items:
1. Unfortunately we are unable to refund for change-of-mind on full price or sale items unless faulty.
2. Please choose carefully with our reduced items as we do not exchange with these purchases.
3. We do not offer credit notes.
4. There are no cancellations or refunds on pre-orders, however pre-ordered items can be exchanged for another style online of the same or greater value.
5. Please indicate your intention to exchange your purchased item/s via email to sales@alicemccall.com, within 7 days of delivery.
6. You will be issued a 'Returns Authorisation Number' (RA#). This must be written clearly on your parcel. No exchange will be accepted without an RA #.
7. You will be required to download the Exchange Form and provide all details as listed in the form.
TIP - simply copy & paste the table into an email and type in your details.
8. Please provide a self addressed post bag for your exchange and a copy of the Exchange Form within your parcel.
9. If returning item/s from outside Australia, you must mark on the parcel 'RETURN OF GOODS'.
10. All items must be in new and unworn condition with swing tags still attached. Any items which are considered to be "used" will be returned back to you and
cannot be considered for replacement/repair/refund.
11. We will endeavour to replace or repair your item/s as soon as possible, please allow for up to 10 working days.
